APPLICATION: aggressive E-grade glass melting furnaces for glass fiber production, mineral melting furnaces for basalt and mineral fibers production, continuous furnaces, sodium silicate and borosilicate glass melting furnaces, glass frit melting furnaces, melting furnaces and thermal generating units for non-ferrous and ferrous metal industries.
Advantages:
High corrosion resistance to corrosive gases, charge, condensate, zero chemical interaction between the refractory and generated scale in continuous furnaces, no scale cold working on the refractory working surface in continuous furnaces, no volumetric or linear deformation of refractories during operation, high resistance to shock thermal and dynamic loads, increased inter-repair cycle of furnaces.
